Booking online or by phone
Fill out the contact form or call us. Select the vehicle you would like to use for the trip. Provide your flight date and time, the airport, the destination address, and the number of passengers and pieces of luggage. You will receive information on vehicle availability and the price. Confirm your booking via email or SMS.
Monitoring your flight
On the day of your flight, we begin tracking your flight number. The driver monitors its status in real time and knows exactly when to expect you in the arrivals hall. A standard 40-minute waiting period is included in the price of the service.
Pick-up in the arrivals area
The driver waits with a name sign. He assists with luggage and escorts you to the vehicle.

For airport transfers, we monitor flight status. The service price includes up to 40 minutes of waiting time calculated from the actual landing time. If a delay necessitates a longer wait, the additional time for the chauffeur and vehicle may be charged in accordance with the terms set out in the Regulations. Upon request, we issue an invoice documenting the costs incurred; this may serve as the basis for claiming reimbursement from the carrier, where applicable under current regulations.

The Meet & Greet service involves a chauffeur personally welcoming the passenger in the arrivals hall. The driver waits with a name sign or an identifier agreed upon during booking, assists with luggage, and escorts the passenger to the vehicle, ensuring a smooth and comfortable start to the journey. This eliminates the need for the passenger to search for the driver or vehicle at the airport. From the moment they exit the arrivals hall, they receive comprehensive assistance, allowing them to save time and begin their journey in comfort.
We also handle urgent requests, subject to fleet availability. However, please note that our chauffeur service differs from a traditional taxi service. Our drivers do not wait for clients at taxi ranks or cruise the city looking for fares; every service is carried out based on a prior reservation. For this reason, arranging an urgent transfer typically requires about two hours. That said, whenever fleet availability permits, we always strive to fulfill the request in the shortest time possible.
We handle transfers for groups of all sizes. Our fleet includes luxury vans accommodating up to 8 passengers and VIP buses seating up to 32 people. We tailor the solution to the number of passengers and the level of travel comfort expected by the client. Depending on requirements, the entire group can travel in a single comfortable vehicle or be transported in several carefully selected vehicles
