Confirm your booking
Accept the quotation and confirm the booking. You will receive confirmation by email or SMS, together with the chauffeur’s name, vehicle details and contact information.
Your chauffeur arrives at your door
At the agreed time, your chauffeur will be waiting at the specified address, assist with luggage and advise you of the estimated journey time.
Travel directly to your destination
Your chauffeur takes the most appropriate route without unnecessary stops. On arrival, they assist with luggage and ensure you have reached your destination safely. Payment is made by card or bank transfer.

A City Ride is a pre-booked premium chauffeur service provided in a luxury Mercedes-Benz vehicle by a licensed professional chauffeur. Every detail is agreed in advance: the vehicle, pick-up time, route and price. There is no meter and no incentive to take a longer route.
No. The price is agreed in advance and does not change because of normal traffic conditions. We allow an appropriate time margin for every journey — typically up to one hour — so ordinary congestion does not affect the cost of the service.
Yes. We remain flexible and can adjust the route to your requirements while the service is in progress.
If the change extends the journey time or increases the distance travelled, it may affect the final price. Any additional charges are calculated in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
We recommend booking as early as possible. This gives you the best chance of securing your preferred vehicle and the time that suits your schedule.
We also accept short-notice bookings whenever fleet availability allows.
Yes. A return journey can be booked together with the original service, provided the return date and planned pick-up time are known.
If the return date or time has not yet been confirmed, the return journey can be booked once the necessary details are available.
