Define the service and receive a quotation
Our team reviews the route, number of days, anticipated journeys and stops, as well as the passengers’ requirements. On this basis, we determine how the complete journey should be organised and select the appropriate vehicle. VIP Drivers then provides a tailored quotation. The vehicle booking is confirmed once the client accepts the quotation in writing.
Your chauffeur follows the agreed itinerary
The chauffeur remains available within the agreed scope of service and is responsible for each successive stage of the journey. The client does not need to arrange separate transport at every destination.
The itinerary can adapt as the journey develops
If the route, departure time or next destination needs to change during the trip, the chauffeur will confirm whether the adjustment can be accommodated. Changes affecting service time, distance or scope may result in an adjustment to the final cost.
